Paul tells his fellow believers in Philippians 4:5-7, “The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guide your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Specific needs this week:

  • Sara Gaskins – David and I would love prayer over our future. We need to move out of our place by the end of June, and I am struggling with having to clean, move out, and find another apartment. I am having a hard time trusting the Lord with our finances. Please ask the Lord for peace, wisdom, and assurance over these next couple months. Also, pray that my physical therapy is approved by the insurance company and that the appeals process is quick.
  • Dave Wallenburg – My friends’, Ian and Katie, 16 year old son ran away late Easter Sunday. So far they have no updates of information. They adopted him 4 years ago today, and there is always hurt and baggage that comes in these situations. We’re praying that Andrew, their son, is first safe, second that he would return home, and that through this he would know that is just as loved and wanted as ever by his parents and the Lord. Update: Andrew has returned home!
